What is your shipping policy for fragile items?

We take extra care in packaging our ceramics using double-walled boxes and protective cushioning. Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days via standard carriers.

Do you offer returns if a piece arrives damaged?

Absolutely. If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging for a full refund or replacement.

Can I use tea lights or candles inside the tea houses?

Yes, our tea houses are designed to be used with standard tea lights or battery-operated LED candles. Always ensure the piece is placed on a heat-resistant surface when using real candles.
