Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Package with Care

  Carefully repackage your ceramic items in their original protective packaging to prevent breakage during the return transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
